لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات، ولا معرّفات تتبّع، ولا ملفات ارتباط إعلانية. ويُحفَظ اختيارك للوضع الفاتح أو الداكن في متصفحك نفسه (localStorage)، ولا يُرسَل إلينا.

عند إرسال نموذج التواصل نستقبل ما تكتبه أنت: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال إن أدخلته، والغرض من التواصل، ونص رسالتك، وأي ملفات ترفقها.

إن اخترت غرض «التوظيف» فقد تتضمن مرفقاتك سيرتك الذاتية وما تحويه من بيانات شخصية. أنت من يقرر ما يُرفق؛ نرجو ألا ترفق بيانات حسّاسة لا يقتضيها طلبك.

يستخدم نموذج التواصل خدمة Cloudflare Turnstile للتمييز بين الإنسان والبرامج الآلية. عند فتح صفحة التواصل تتلقّى Cloudflare إشارات تقنية من متصفحك (منها عنوان IP وخصائص المتصفح) لهذا الغرض وحده.

لا يُرسَل إلى Cloudflare أي مما تكتبه في النموذج: لا اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رسالتك ولا مرفقاتك.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على طلبك أنت — أي لاتخاذ إجراء بناءً على تواصلك معنا — وللغرض الذي أرسلتها من أجله فقط: الرد على استفسارك، أو دراسة طلبك، أو تقييم طلب التوظيف.

لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف تجارية. ولا يعالج بياناتك سوى مايكروسوفت (بريد الشركة) وCloudflare (فحص الحماية أعلاه)، كلٌّ في حدود ما وُصف هنا.

يُرسَل النموذج إلى خادم الموقع، ثم يُحوَّل رسالةً بريدية إلى صندوق الشركة عبر واجهة Microsoft Graph. لا تُخزَّن بياناتك في قاعدة بيانات لهذا الموقع ولا على خادمه؛ يمرّ بها الخادم ولا يحتفظ بها.

الاتصال مشفّر بالكامل عبر HTTPS من متصفحك حتى الخادم، ومن الخادم حتى مايكروسوفت.

بريد الشركة مستضاف على خدمة Microsoft 365، ويقع نطاق مستأجرنا خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. وعليه فإن رسالتك ومرفقاتها تُخزَّن وتُعالَج خارج المملكة لدى مايكروسوفت بصفتها معالجًا للبيانات نيابة عنّا.

نفصح عن ذلك صراحةً لأن المادة (29) من النظام تحكم نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة. إن كان هذا يمثّل اعتبارًا بالنسبة لك، فتواصل معنا على info@rastech.sa قبل إرسال أي بيانات عبر النموذج.

يمنحك النظام الحق في: العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وطلب تصحيحها أو استكمالها أو تحديثها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها.

لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@rastech.sa. نلتزم بالرد خلال ثلاثين يومًا من تاريخ الطلب، ويجوز تمديدها ثلاثين يومًا أخرى إذا تطلّب الطلب جهدًا استثنائيًا، ونُشعرك بذلك.

وإن رأيت أن معالجتنا لبياناتك تخالف النظام، فلك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، وهي الجهة المختصة بالإشراف على تطبيق النظام.

الموقع محميّ بشهادة TLS، ويقيّد نقطة استقبال النموذج على نطاقنا وحده، ويحدّ من عدد الطلبات لكل عنوان، ويقبل أنواعًا محدّدة من المرفقات فقط.

لا يوجد نظام آمن على نحو مطلق؛ وفي حال وقوع حادثة تمسّ بياناتك الشخصية نتعامل معها وفق ما يوجبه النظام ولائحته.

We use no analytics, no tracking identifiers and no advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.

When you submit the contact form we receive what you typed: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, the purpose of your enquiry, your message, and any files you attached.

If you choose the recruitment purpose, your attachment may be a CV containing personal data. You decide what to attach; please do not include sensitive data your enquiry does not require.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated software. When you open the contact page, Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser — including your IP address and browser characteristics — for that purpose alone.

Nothing you type into the form is sent to Cloudflare: not your name, your email, your message or your attachments.

We process your data because you asked us to — to act on your enquiry — and only for the purpose you sent it for: answering your question, reviewing your request, or assessing a job application.

We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with commercial third parties. The only processors involved are Microsoft (company email) and Cloudflare (the bot check described above), each limited to what is described here.

The form is posted to this site's server, which forwards it as an email to the company mailbox through the Microsoft Graph API. Your data is not written to any database and is not stored on this site's server — it passes through and is not retained there.

The connection is encrypted end to end over HTTPS, from your browser to the server and from the server to Microsoft.

Company email is hosted on Microsoft 365 and our tenant region is outside Saudi Arabia. Your message and its attachments are therefore stored and processed outside the Kingdom by Microsoft, acting as a processor on our behalf.

We disclose this plainly because Article 29 of the PDPL governs transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom. If that matters to you, contact us at info@rastech.sa before sending anything through the form.

The law gives you the right to be informed how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy, to request its correction, completion or updating, and to request its destruction once it is no longer needed.

To exercise any of these, write to info@rastech.sa. We will respond within thirty days of the request, extendable by a further thirty days where the request requires unusual effort — in which case we will tell you.

If you believe our handling of your data breaches the law, you have the right to complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent supervisory authority.

The site is served over TLS, the form endpoint accepts submissions only from our own domain, requests are rate-limited per address, and only specific attachment types are accepted.

No system is perfectly secure. Should an incident affect your personal data, we will handle it as the law and its regulations require.
